CONFERENCE REGISTRATION

The registration deadline is Friday, February 14th. A confirmation email will be sent the week of February 17, 2014.
CANCELATION REFUND DEADLINE IS FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 14, 2014 - NO EXCEPTIONS.

EARLY REGISTRATION DRAWING
All conference registrations received by the early registration deadline (Friday, January 31st) will be entered into a drawing to win a FREE conference registration. The winner will be notified prior to the conference. 

CHILD CARE
Child care will not be allowed at the conference. Children are not allowed in our training's in order to provide the most beneficial learning experience for attendees. Children must be supervised at all times; lifeguards are not on duty in the pool areas.

CONFERENCE DETAILS

LUNCHEONS
Friday & Saturday (12:15pm to 1:45pm)
A buffet-style luncheon is held each day of the conference and is included in the conference registration fee.

Friday: Pasta with marinara and alfredo sauce, grilled chicken breast with sauteed onions and peppers, garden salad and breadsticks.

Saturday: Roasted turkey breast, green bean casserole, potatoes and gravy, garden salad and rolls.


RAFFLE BASKET TICKET SALES
Friday & Saturday
IFAPA will be selling raffle tickets to raise money for IFAPA's Friends of Children in Foster Care program. Ticket prices are $2 for one ticket, $5 for three tickets and $10 for eight tickets and $20 for twenty tickets. Participants will have the opportunity to choose which baskets they would like to win. The drawing will be held Saturday afternoon. You do not need to be present to win.

GENERAL MEMBERSHIP MEETING
Saturday (7:15am to 7:45am)
IFAPA hosts our annual membership meeting during the Spring Conference. The IFAPA General Membership Meeting will be held on Saturday morning prior to the morning sessions. The purpose of the general membership meeting is to provide information to foster, adoptive and kinship parents about IFAPA's programs. It is important for foster, adoptive and kinship families to know all of the programs available to support our members. This meeting is for adults only. Conference attendees are required to RSVP to attend.
