Total cost includes: registration, t-shirt, lunch and activities.

How to register: (please read through all the steps prior to beginning) If you choose not to register and online, and wish to register by paying with check or money order, please complete our registration form and mail the form and payment to the IFAPA office.
1. First decide if you are registering as an individual or part of a team (teams consist of 4 or more people).

*If registering solo, please mark the number of people you are registering for.

*If registering as a team member, the TEAM CAPTAIN must register first and create a "Team Name". Once the Team Captain has registered, he/she must inform other team members what the Team Name is, as the Team Name is required when each participating team member registers.

2. Please mark the number of children you are bringing that are 10 and under. (There is no cost for them, but please mark how many).

Once you have entered in all your quantities click "next"

3. For each registered participant (individual or team member) please list your first & last name, email address, whether or not you are running or walking, and if you are fundraising.

4. For each child that is 10 and under, please list their first name.

5. Please mark yes or no if you have any foster children in your group (this is for photo privacy purposes).

6. Please list where you will be attending (West Des Moines or as a virtual participant)

Once you have entered all the required information click "next"

7. Enter your contact and credit card information.

Once you have entered in all your information click "submit"

8. You will receive a confirmation email. Please print off receipt for your records.
