Conference attendees will begin arriving for registration at 7am both days. Exhibitor set-up time begins at 6:30am and tear down time is 4:00pm (both days). One 6’ x 30” table with cover will be available for exhibitors. Exhibit table fees do not include meals; please see additional luncheon fees below. IFAPA will only accept registrations from individuals or organizations providing resources to foster and adoptive families.

ATTENTION EXHIBITORS: There is limited exhibit space available at our conference; please sign up early to reserve your space. Payment is due NO LATER THAN Friday, January 30, 2015.
*Due to the contract agreement IFAPA has with the hotel exhibitors cannot serve food (donuts, cookies, etc) or beverages at their exhibit table. Assignment of space will be according to IFAPA arrangement and layout and in the best interest of the event. No change of space assignment or sharing of exhibitor space is allowed unless specifically approved in advance by the IFAPA Conference Exhibit Coordinator. Exhibitors are responsible for obtaining any necessary business licenses and/or permits, and shall be liable for registration and payment of any and all taxes.
