The Iowa Foster and Adoptive Parents Association (IFAPA) recognizes that as a result of the abuse and/or neglect they have experienced, children in care and those who have been adopted have unique physical, emotional, social and psychological needs.  Contributions made to IFAPA will be put toward our programs, so IFAPA can continue to provide foster, adoptive and kinship parents with additional training, support and resources.
