LATE FEE REGISTRATION PAGE 

CPR registrations cannot be accepted until a payment has been received. IFAPA does not take CPR & First Aid registrations over the phone or via email. Please complete all required fields to register for one of IFAPA's CPR and First Aid classes. The fee to attend this class is now $50 per person (this includes a $10 fee for late registration). IFAPA's CPR and First Aid classes are typically $40 per person (if registration is received on or before the payment due date listed on IFAPA's website).  

THERE ARE NO REFUNDS (due to participant cancellations or no shows; payments are also nontransferable to other CPR and First Aid classes). Refunds will only be issued if the training you registered for is already full or if IFAPA needs to cancel it.
