Marvin E. Ferneau, Jr.'s Story

Please join me in the fundraising effort for the Iowa Foster and Adoptive Parents Association and we are working jointly with the Friends of Foster Children Foundation to rasie funds to give $200.00 individual grants to foster children that have special needs that aren't paid for by any other entity. It can pay for graduation picutres or bikes or musical instruments, etc. All the donations go directly to the grants with no money used for administrative costs.
