My story:
I am currently a sophomore at Iowa State University majoring in Child Adult and Family Services. I am enrolled in HD FS 218 and we were instructed to volunteer for an organization related to our studies. I chose IFAPA because I would like to work with children in foster care and adoption services as well. My goal is to raise $1250 for the Stride for Foster Care to help these children get some of the extras such as dance lessons, prom attire, senior pictures and school sports, the extras I was fortunate enough to have for myself. Every little bit help, please join me in helping the children in foster care! :)
